Synthetic or wool — full-room deep clean. Most jobs done in one visit, four to six hours. Drying time 2–3 hours.

Honestly, sometimes no. We'll tell you before we start. If we can't make a meaningful difference, we won't take the job — and we won't charge for the attempt.
How long does it take?
Most rugs are back within 5 to 7 days. Larger or specialist jobs (silk, restoration) can take 10 to 14 days. We'll give you a date when you book.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Free across MK and Northants on orders over £80. London on Tuesdays. Or drop to our lab in Stony Stratford — coffee's on.
Are the products safe?

What if it comes back worse?
We test in an inconspicuous area first and explain any material risk before starting. If there is a problem caused by our work, contact us promptly and we'll inspect it and agree the appropriate remedy.
