What we do.
Some stains come out. Some don't. We tell you which before we start, and we don't charge you if a stain can't be safely removed — bleach spots, scorch marks, certain dye bleeds have permanently altered the fibre.
What we do charge for: the time, the chemistry, and the work that actually makes a difference. If a coffee stain comes out, you'll see it come out. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the spot.
