When you ask for a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, service requirements, preferred timing, contact preference, and any details or photographs you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a visit, and deliver the service you request.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract if you become a customer. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
This site is hosted by Vercel. When the online form is enabled, Web3Forms processes the submission so it can be delivered to our inbox. Our email provider also processes messages on our behalf. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, Meta Pixel, or Google Analytics. Our hosting provider may keep essential security and server logs. If you follow a link to Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, that service's own privacy terms apply.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally kept for up to 12 months. Customer records may be kept longer where needed for service history, insurance, accounting, or legal obligations.
