We agree a fixed price per visit, based on the size of the rug or carpet and the type of stain. We will not start work without a price in writing.
We aim for the best safe result, but complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Some stains (bleach, certain dyes, scorch marks) have permanently altered the fibre. We will tell you on the spot if a stain cannot be removed, and we will not charge you for it.
We carry employers' liability and public liability insurance. In the unlikely event we damage your rug, we will either restore it at our cost or compensate you at the pre-cleaning value agreed in writing.
Due on completion. Bank transfer, card, or cash. We send an invoice by email the same day.
Free up to 24 hours before the visit. After that, we charge 50% to cover our travel and lost slot.
